Through Technology Litigation Center, Michael R. Adele has a general commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation, trade secret and trademark counseling, bankruptcy litigation (representing solvent creditors) and appeals.  He has tried cases in these fields for approximately 25 years, after graduating with honors from Harvard Law School.  Before founding Technology Litigation Center, Mr. Adele was an intellectual property litigation partner at Cooley Godward, headed up the litigation practice for Weiland Golden and served as head of Allen Matkins' intellectual property litigation practice.  He has won numerous cases through motion practice and at trial, both as first and second chair trial counsel, and obtained countless favorable settlements for clients through aggressive principled litigation.  Mr. Adele was selected as a California Super Lawyer for the years 2006 and 2014.
